第3回です。ルールはこれまでと同じで極限まで水分を取らされ、尿意を誘発するような意地悪なゲームを無理矢理させられます。4人の女の子がこの苛酷な競技に参加し、最後まで我慢しきった者がより高得点を得られます。ちなみに1位3ポイント、2位2ポイント、3位1ポイント、4位0ポイントとなっています。まず公平を期す為に4人並んで放尿をします。その後、4人がカードを一枚引き、ジョーカーを引いた娘が「おたのしみカード」を引きます。そこにはとてつもなく意地悪な事が書いてあり、おしっこを我慢しながらしなくてはなりません。
